This policy explains how Lionelle Safari collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this website or submit an inquiry. We are committed to your privacy and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR, and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. Who We Are

The Lionelle Safari brand, website, and social media presence are owned and operated by Simon Group, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium under enterprise number 1036.355.522, with business address at Motte 8, 1780 Wemmel, Belgium.

Simon Group does not process bookings, handle payments, or manage trip operations. Those activities are handled exclusively by Barrhead Travel, an independent and separately registered UK travel company operating under its own terms and privacy policy.

For all data protection matters relating to this website, the responsible data controller is Simon Group as described above. You can contact us at any time at [email protected].
